We prepare our sustainable all day menu in a relaxed atmosphere in the historic city centre of Utrecht. Come in and taste Dutch shellfish, North Sea fish and plantbased seafood.

Our mission is to have a positive impact and accelerate the transition by serving local and sustainably harvested seafood. Our waters have so much to offer! Seaweed and shellfish from the Eastern Scheldt for example. At Blue Bar1 we enjoy working with pioneer suppliers who share our mission. Future proof and super tasty!
